3AF Fitness Club helps clients follow trainer-led fitness plans, log daily activity, and track progress. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, role, and login details.
- Fitness information such as workout plans, exercise logs, sets, reps, load, RPE, rest times, body measurements, check-ins, steps, food logs, water logs, and progress notes.
- Trainer-client relationship data such as assigned trainer, trainer notes, and plan approvals.
- Technical information such as device type, app version, basic diagnostics, and authentication events.
How we use information
We use information to provide the app, show assigned plans, save logs, help trainers review client progress, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Sharing
Client data may be visible to the client’s assigned trainer and authorized 3AF administrators. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
We use Supabase and other trusted service providers to store and process app data. We use access controls and row-level security where appropriate.
Health data
3AF Fitness Club stores fitness and wellness logs entered by users or trainers. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by contacting hello@3afitnessclub.com.
