Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your 3AF Fitness Club account and associated app data by emailing hello@3afitnessclub.com.
How to request deletion
- Email from the address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include your full name and whether you are a client or trainer.
What may be deleted
Account profile, daily logs, workout set logs, food and water logs, body progress logs, check-ins, and trainer notes associated with your account may be deleted unless retention is required for legal, security, or dispute reasons.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
